Singapore, are you ready for this?

Wild Honey is proud to present A Taste of Jerusalem – a kitchen takeover by world acclaimed Chef Yossi Elad of Jerusalem’s Machneyuda & The Palomar in London.

The new wave of Israeli food is one of the hottest food movements to emerge over the last few years and we’re beyond excited to partner with one of its undisputed Kings.

We’re dedicating six days in November to celebrate this dynamic & exciting food – the likes of which Singapore has never experienced. Read about the Menu Highlights or view the Full Event Menu here.

We’re dedicating 6 days to celebrate this exotic & dynamic cuisine.

With Chef Yossi at the helm the menu will feature a modern and innovative take on Jerusalem style market food making the most of some of his much loved ingredients  – preserved lemons, tahini, harissa, sumac, eggplants, freekah & labne among others.

With a menu featuring standouts such as the Shakshukit  – a deconstructed spiced kebab with tahini, schug, harissa & handmade pita; Sabich an israeli breakfast sandwich where crispy fried eggplant is the hero, and Jerusalem style flaky Burek with chopped liver & soft and sweet baked cauliflower & tahini.
