The folks at Urban Journey were lucky enough to get a sneak peek into the world of Chef Yossi Elad this week.
In the lead up to his star turn at Wild Honey Mandarin Gallery restaurant from 2-7 November 2018, Urban Journey delved into what makes this great Chef tick – from his favourite foodie haunts in London to his top 5 ingredients he can’t live without, and even his most memorable meal.
Here at Wild Honey, we’ve been working very closely with Chef Yossi Elad leading up to our exciting Kitchen Takeover event, A Taste of Jerusalem. So we’ve garnered some wonderful insights into how he works, what his favourite dishes to cook are (and his favourite dishes to eat!) and of course, we’ve learnt a lot about his culinary journey as a world-renowned Chef.
But when Urban Journey sat down with him this week, they found out some beautiful stories on his most memorable meal, his favourite simple dishes to cook at home (which you can too – check out the recipes!) and his must-see & must-try tourist tips in Jerusalem.
