On Monday 5 November 2018, 22 very lucky participants had the chance to spend 3 hours with Yossi Elad, acclaimed Chef from The Palomar, London & Machneyuda Restaurant in Jerusalem.
What an amazing day it was. Yossi conducting an outstanding masterclass in the fantastic kitchen space at @ouesocialkitchen.
Not only did participants learn how to cook three of his favourite courses but they revelled in his passion for food & life that encapsulates everything he does.

- Entree: Tuna Sashimi with Ambah yoghurt & Tabouleh salad
- Main Course:Yossi’s Shakshukit – Deconstructed kebab – beef & lamb – with tchigurt, cured lemon paste, tahini, pinenuts, pistachios & pita bread
- Dessert: Fresh Fruit Carpaccio with honey – lemon butter cream.
