Located on the third floor of the premium Scotts Square shopping mall, Wild Honey Scotts Square offers a spacious and modern restaurant with amazing views of the Victoria & Albert Museum Chandelier by Dale Chihuly overlooking three levels of the main center entrance, as well as a wide balcony for al fresco dining overlooking Scotts & Orchard Roads.
This has been a favourite at our Mandarin Gallery outlet for a long time and after many requests, we’ve now added it to the Scotts Square menu. This Mexican breakfast burrito includes softly scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, black beans & chunky vegetable salsa. Served with red Chimayo sauce, guacamole & sour cream. Enjoy!
Amazon Acai Berry Bowl
Another super popular and super healthy Mandarin Gallery menu staple that has been added to the Scotts Square menu too. This superfood breakfast bowl is filled with organic acai berry, mixed red berries, banana & coconut water w granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, pistachios, passionfruit & blackberries. Bringing power to your day!
The Normandie, available as a special menu item for a limited time in the past, proved wildly popular so it has become a permanent and exclusive addition to the Scotts Square menu. Spiced brioche, rustic green apple compote, custard creme, toffee sauce & rosemary crumble. A sweet and fulfilling dish for any time of the day!
Inspired by the Mediterranean fresh & healthy flavours sampled along the French Riviera, the Provence Salad delights with Grilled Goat Cheese & caramelised onion bruschetta with baby spinach, roasted pumpkin, crispy prosciutto, toasted hazelnuts, dried figs & apple cider, mustard & maple syrup dressing.
The Korean Spicy Beef Salad is another one of our new salad sensations. With spicy gochugaru seared Australian sirloin, raw baby bok choy, ribboned kale, avocado, pickled radish & onion, Brussels sprout kimchi and other goodies. Oh, and did we mention it is grain, gluten & dairy free!
Baby Spinach & Roasted Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Salad
An addition to our extensive vegetarian menu options, we combine spicy roasted pumpkin & sweet potato, baby spinach, goat curd, caramelised onions, roasted hazelnuts & chickpeas to create a super healthy dish. Topped with beetroot chips and honey mustard dressing.
Roasted Cauliflower & Grain Salad
Roasted cauliflower, pearl cous cous, quinoa, baby spinach, goat cheese, toasted almonds, chickpeas with lemon-tahini dressing. This salad is super healthy and filling and can also be ordered as a Vegan Option.
New York Baked Cheesecake
New to Scotts Square dessert menu is our home-made New York Baked Cheesecake with bruleed toffee. This rich, dense and smooth cheesecake has been baked to perfection by our team and we know it will delight!
Macadamia, Plum & Lemon Myrtle Sundae
We’ve been dreaming of using one of our favourite nuts, the Macadamia, in a new dessert for some time and this combination of this classic creamy nut with the heirloom damson plum creates Sundae heaven! Macadamia ice-cream, damson plum compote, lemon myrtle custard, coconut blossom caramel, macadamia brittle. Destined to become a new favourite!

The New York Smoked Fish & Bagel Platter is a Chef’s Favourite and exclusive to our Scotts Square restaurant. Smoked salmon, salmon pastrami, smoked trout salad, chopped egg salad, herb & garlic cream cheese, roasted jalapeno cream cheese, beetroot & horseradish, sliced tomato, onion, capers, dill pickles & hand rolled sesame bagels baked in-house.
