Yossi will be weaving his magic with this exhilarating cuisine, taking over the Wild Honey Mandarin Gallery kitchen for 6 magical days of incredible food, wine, music and more from 2 – 7 November 2018.
Yossi will also be conducting an intimate Masterclass at Social Kitchen OUE Downtown November 5th 10.00am. Tickets on sale at www.chope.com.sg. Be quick as there are a very limited number of seats available for this exclusive event.
With a market-to-table menu, and ingredients sourced from the nearby markets & local suppliers, guests will be able to experience a new culture of food in a way that Wild Honey has been championing since its own inception.
With influences from Southern Spain, Northern Africa and The Levant this food is alive & brimming with an intensity and vibrancy that is unique.
Yossi cooks with a passion that brings to life the foods he grew up with and loves deep in his soul. He will play homage to some of his most loved ingredients – preserved lemons, tahini, harissa, sumac, freekah & labne to create his own unique take on Jerusalem style market cuisine.
Yossi’s specially created all day menu will showcase standout dishes like the Shakshukit – a deconstructed spiced kebab with tahini, schug, harissa & handmade pita; Sabich an israeli breakfast sandwich where crispy fried eggplant is the hero, and Jerusalem style flaky Burek with chopped liver & baked cauliflower. We can’t wait!
Yossi Elad is Founder and Executive Chef of restaurant group Machneyuda which boasts two crown jewels in particular – Machneyuda Jerusalem & The Palomar in London.
