Working with local providores – The Ice cream and cookie company

Would you like a scoop of ice cream with that? Yes please!

At Wild Honey we are proud to partner with some of the best Providores Singapore has to offer. We love working with homegrown, entrepeneurial, small companies. Companies that are equally passionate about what they do and whose values are in line with ours.

Sababa Brownie with Ras el Hanout ice cream

Sababa Brownie with Ras el Hanout ice cream

For several years we have now worked with our partners and friends at The Ice Cream Cookie company or short ICC. Indulgent breakfasts do not always have to be savoury, but can be sweet and perfectly rounded off with a generous scoop of some of the best ice cream in town. Our popular ras el hanout ice cream which accompanies our Sababa Brownie is custom-made for us by ICC. The literal translation of ras el hanout from Arabic to English is “head of the shop,” implying that this mix of spices is the very best offering in a spice shop. And only the best ingredients do go into this ice cream. ICC exclusively use wholesome ingredients – fresh milk, cream, and organic produce.

Enjoying a special treat at Wild Honey.jpg

ICC was founded in 2012 when founder Natasha started making ice cream sandwiches out of her home kitchen for family & friends at farmers markets. When she was asked by several restaurants to produce for their menus, that’s when the hobby turned into a business. Almost 10 years later ICC are one of the largest local independent producers of premium ice cream.

Making products with passion & heart is in ICCs DNA. We love Natasha’s credo of  “doing things with heart, honesty, and integrity. If you go to bed without a clear conscience – it’s not worth it.”

Until today, just like Wild Honey, ICC are 100% family-owned & operated.

Please consider supporting other local businesses like ICC, as when you do, you are directly impacting the lives & livelihoods of people in a real & tangible way.  Thank you.
