Sunday the 17th of March is St. Patrick’s Day, a day of song, dance, feasting & prayer all over the World. Celebrated since the 17th century this day marks the death of Saint Patrick, the foremost Patron Saint of Ireland.
So in honour of the green we’ll be bringing you a full on Irish Breakfast as only Wild Honey knows how.
Featuring our Guinness & Maple syrup glazed bacon slab, coiled pork sausage, corned beef, sweet potato & potato hash, homemade white pudding, sauteed mushrooms, grilled vine tomato & eggs (scrambled, fried or poached) We’ve even made some very Irish soda bread & maple butter to go along with it.
And as luck has it, we’ll feature this delicious breakfast this entire weekend from Friday 15th through Sunday 17th at both Mandarin Gallery & Scotts Square.
What would St Paddy’s Day be without a beer to wash it all down?
In what is becoming a Wild Honey tradition we’ll be featuring the King of Irish beers Guinness as well as an irresistible Irish Coffee that we’re sure will keep us singing all the way home.
