Wild Honey’s All-Time Classic Dishes Now at Bugis Outlet - Reuben, Delancey, and Tel Aviv

At Wild Honey, we've built a reputation over the last 15 years for creating some of the most beautiful and delicious all-day breakfasts with a global twist. Some dishes, however, have almost reached legendary status, becoming all-time favorites loved by both our regular guests and newcomers alike. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve now added three of the most beloved dishes; the Reuben, Delancey, and Tel Aviv to our Bugis menu. The Reuben features our award winning pastrami that is made to our own recipe and specifications with our partner Hubers and our Tel Aviv features stunningly tasty and fluffy herby green falafel handmade by us that are bursting with life and flavor. 

A  shared by fans of Delancey "This seemingly unassuming poached egg on a bagel is anything but simple. Beneath the egg, you'll find layers of hand-sliced, flavourful beef pastrami, adding a bold, savory kick. Topped with a rich grain mustard Hollandaise sauce, it’s the perfect dish for a truly satisfying meal."

You’ll also find exclusive dishes at Bugis such as the Roma which features Italian Bramata polenta, sauteed chicken livers & balsamic along or our fabulous chopped liver on broche or gougeres served with chopped egg and caramelized onions or for something really special, our weekly drop of air flown Oysters from third generation providore Cadoret in Brittany as well as an array of accessible and well priced wines and top shelf cocktails.
