Delivery & Returns

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

Upon checkout you may choose between delivery by door-to-door courier or self-collection at our Mandarin Gallery location.

Door-to-door deliveries will be charged at S$15.00. For orders above S$100, delivery is free.

Cut Off Times and Delivery Times:

For same day delivery from Monday to Friday (with the exception of special cakes and pastries), orders must be placed before 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note, for special cakes and pastries, we require a lead time of at least 2 days. All such orders must thus be placed 48 hours in advance. You may choose your specific delivery date within this timeframe at checkout.

Please note, we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays but orders can still be collected at our Mandarin Gallery location.

Please ensure you or the recipient of the order will be at the delivery address on the date stated. Re-delivery or re-direction of orders will be charged at $15 per delivery attempt.

Returns & Refunds

Please note that all transactions are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and refunds will only be given in the case of items being out of stock. Make sure to double check your order before completing your purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your selection.
