Wild Honey wins Best Customer Service Award 2022/2023
Another piece of unexpected good news.
Wild Honey has won first place in The Straits Times Awards recognising those businesses who provide Singapore's Best Customer Service 2022/2023 in the category of Bagel & Sandwich Places.
The rankings were based on the results of an independent survey commissioned by The Straits Times which sought to identify Singapore's best customer service providers across 93 categories.
Over 4,700 respondents took part and were asked to rate among others:
Quality of Communication: whether the contact - via e-mail, phone or face to face - was friendly and polite.
Professional Competence: quality of information received and whether questions were answered correctly and in sufficient detail.
Customer Focus: whether the customer felt acknowledged and important.
While we may not always get it right every single time, we have a long cherished value, abiding dedication and laser focus on providing true hospitality. To go over and above the expected from the very first moment a guest connects with us until way after they have left their table.
Not such an easy feat when all businesses continue to be challenged to attract and maintain a high quality service minded workforce.
